I've bought at least 3 mini composition book covers and something is always wrong with the fit. One cover is much larger than the tinkerman model, also it won't lay flat. The second is roughly the same size, but can't hold a standard mini composition book. The tinkerman fits exactly (like a tailored suit). It also doesn't hurt that it has a beautiful look and texture. Finally, out of the 3 covers, only the tinkerman has burnished edges and even a burnished interior! Hands down the best!
